These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of our Site, and by accessing our Site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the site implies your acceptance of any changes, so please read these Terms carefully. 1. Orders
1.1 All orders must be placed via our Site.
1.2 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us in accordance with these Terms.
1.3 Acceptance of your order will occur once the payment transaction has been processed. We will email a confirmation of your order.

2. Supply of Products
2.1 We aim to supply all products listed on our Site, but cannot guarantee availability.
2.2 If a product is unavailable, we will contact you via email and offer a similar alternative or a full refund.
3. Payment
3.1 We accept debit/credit card payments. For high-value orders, invoice and CHAPS payment options are available.
3.2 All payments are processed in Pounds Sterling (£). Foreign currency card payments will be converted at the rate set by your payment provider.
3.3 You confirm that the payment card used is yours. If payment is declined, we are not liable for delays or non-delivery.
4. Pricing
4.1 All prices include VAT.
4.2 Delivery charges are not included unless stated otherwise.
4.3 Prices and promotions are subject to change at any time.
4.4 In case of a pricing error, you will be notified and offered the correct price. If not accepted within 5 days, the order will be canceled.
4.5 International customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and import duties.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 All orders are subject to stock availability.
5.2 UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or UK Mail. Options include First Class, Recorded, and Special Delivery.
5.3 Free delivery is available on UK orders over £30 (excluding wholesale). Orders are sent via Royal Mail 24, with tracking provided once dispatched.
5.4 International deliveries can take up to 25 working days. We are not liable for delays or conditions beyond our control.
5.5 Check your delivery address in the confirmation email. Contact us immediately if there is an error.
5.6 If the wrong delivery address is given, you may be liable for additional shipping charges.
6. Customs & Clearance
6.1 Ensure the products you order are legal in your country. If detained or returned by customs, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
6.2 Once returned and inspected, you can choose a refund (excluding original shipping) or re-delivery.
6.3 You are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
6.4 You act as the importer and must comply with local laws. We are not liable for any breaches.
7. Cancellations
7.1 To cancel or amend your order, email us at gurveer9596@gmail.com or call 07587543601 as soon as possible with your order number.
7.2 If your order has been dispatched, refer to our Returns Procedure.
8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 You have 7 days from receipt to return an item. Email us first for authorization. Return at your own expense and risk.
8.2 Non-faulty returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided the product is unopened and in resaleable condition.
8.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8.4 Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
8.5 Faulty products must be tested before a refund is issued. If testing is refused, no refund will be given.
8.6 If found non-faulty, you must pay return shipping or collect the item.
Please Note:
- Faulty, missing, or incorrect items will be refunded in full.
- Non-faulty items will incur a 25% restocking fee and must be returned via recorded delivery at your cost.
9. Back Orders
9.1 If an item is out of stock, we will back order it. You will be emailed with the option to cancel.
10. Website Content
10.1 We aim for all product information, images, and prices on our Site to be accurate, but do not guarantee this. Errors may occasionally occur.
11. Complaints
11.1 Complaints should be emailed to gurveer9596@gmail.com. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to resolve within two weeks.
12. Statutory Rights
12.1 These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
