RETURNS POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS

  1. If you receive damaged or defective goods, or if an item is missing from your parcel, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt by email (gurveer9596@gmail.com) or phone (07587543601).

    • Claims made after this time will not be accepted.

    • Please do not dispose of any goods before contacting us. We may request:

      • Batch numbers

      • Photographic evidence

      • Return of the product for inspection

  2. The item(s) must be returned to us for testing and inspection. If found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will offer one of the following:

    • A refund (including postage fees)

    • A replacement

    • An exchange (if the item is no longer available)

    If the item is not defective or shows misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. All returns must be:

    • Accompanied by the original order number

    • Sent via recorded delivery

    • Fully insured for the value of the goods

    You are expected to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession.


RETURNS POLICY FOR UNWANTED GOODS

  1. Unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date at your own expense.

    • Include the original order number

    • We will refund the full cost of the goods, excluding delivery charges

  2. Goods must be:

    • Unused and unopened

    • In their original sealed packaging

    • Due to hygiene reasons, used electronic cigarettes cannot be returned unless faulty

  3. You are responsible for the condition of goods while in your possession.

  4. We strongly recommend:

    • Sending returns via recorded delivery

    • Using secure and protective packaging

    • We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
