Orders placed before 2PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, and shipped via Royal Mail for next working day delivery (depending on the service selected at checkout).

We offer FREE First Class UK Delivery on all orders over £40.
We take every care to ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely.
98% of our UK customers receive their orders the next working day or on Saturday, depending on the delivery option chosen.

Important Delivery Information

Please make sure you enter accurate shipping details.
- We do not replace or re-ship orders free of charge if incorrect shipping information was provided by you.
For high-value or heavy orders, we may upgrade your shipping method at our discretion — free of charge.
We may provide your email or phone number to the courier to enable tracking and allow them to send delivery updates.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days (UK orders) from the date of dispatch, please contact us immediately and quote your order number in all correspondence.
